FAQ (Pre-Order, Please read)

Where is your showroom? What is your address? What are your operating hours? Can I just drop by, or do I need to make an appointment?

We primarily sell lights online. We have over 3000+ lights for sale online, and do not carry much inventory. We do put up some lights here at our office at Orion @ Paya Lebar, but it is a small fraction of our full range.

Our address is Orion @ Paya Lebar, #06-06, 160 Paya Lebar Road, Singapore 409022, and our operating hours are:

Monday - Friday: 10.00 am - 6.00 pm, Saturday: 11.00 am - 6.00 pm
Closed on Sundays & Public Holidays

Yes, you may drop by to view the general quality of the lights, and there is no need to make an appointment!


I saw something I like but I cannot find the light easily again, how should I search for it?

Yes indeed, that is not uncommon as we have such a huge range! The best way would be to

1. create an account and add the lights you would like to shortlist to your cart or

2. take down the SKU / product code of the light (it’s just below the price) you’re looking at, and search for it in the search bar at the top of the page.


Does it really take 5-6 weeks for the lights to be delivered / ready for self-collection?

We have some buffer built into the 5-6 weeks. Sometimes it arrives very quickly: 3 ½, 4 weeks, but we can’t guarantee that as we might need to get in replacement parts, fix issues etc. sometimes. Please do ensure that the timeline works for you before placing your online order!


Do you have lights which are ex-stock?

In general, we do not have lights which are ex-stock. The lights displayed at our office / shop are available for sale if you need something immediately. We will get someone to take down the light / lights you’ve purchased, and you may come collect / have it delivered another day. Apart from the ones displayed, we may have some ex-stock of popular lights, but not that many. Feel free to check with us what’s currently available when you’re here!


Are all the lights you sell LED?

Yes, they are all LED lights. There are those with LED chips, which work with a driver, as well as those with LED bulbs.


Do you sell wall lights / outdoor lights / table lamps / floor lamps / track lights / spot lights / pathway lights / post lamps / solar lights?

Do you sell smart lights?

We sell some smart bulbs. You may search for ‘Smart’, ‘Yeelight’ or ‘Ledvance’ in the search bar at the top of every page, and the results will show up.


Will this light be ‘bright enough’? 

Whether it will be ‘bright enough’ is a relatively subjective question. We usually have the wattage and/or the lighting area detailed in the product description, and you may use that as a gauge of how bright the light is. If it is a light that uses bulbs, you can easily change it on your own to be brighter / dimmer!


How much is it for delivery?

For orders $300 and above, you’re eligible for free delivery of your lights. Below, you may drop by our office to self-collect or add on delivery during check-out for $30.


Do you provide installation services?

We do not do installations. However, if you require an installer, we can recommend a third-party after the purchase, upon self-collection / delivery of your lights.


Where can I find information on promotions and coupon codes for discounts?

You may follow our Instagram page @horizonlightssg to view actual pictures of lights that our clients have purchased and installed, as well as get informed at the earliest of promotions when we have them, or grab pop-up coupon codes for discounts!


How should I proceed with my order, and how can I pay?

You may create an account, and place your order online. The total price, including GST and promotional discount (if any), will show. You can then pay using credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Amex.


Is there a warranty for the lights?

Even before your lights reach you, they arrive at our office first to be checked and tested. If we discover any faults or defects, we will fix them up before contacting you for self-collection or delivery. For those faults and defects that slip by us, or if further down the road there are some issues, they are covered by a 1-year off-site warranty. We might require you to do some simple troubleshooting, and will advise you from there. For the exchange of bulbs, drivers or parts, we will get them from the supplier, and might require you to bring the old one back for exchange.


Can I return the lights for a refund?

In general, lights sold are not eligible for return or refund. If there are issues with your light, you may contact us for remedy under the 1-year off-site warranty. On a case-by-case basis, we might offer a %-discount in the form of a partial refund, or allow you to choose another light of similar price for exchange, subject to our assessments.
