Shipping & Returns
1. Product warranty
Any products purchase from Horizon-lights(Horizonline Pte Ltd) online and offline shop would be covered by warranty for a duration of one year from the date of purchase according to the invoice. Warranty will cover the replacement of defective part of the lights not amounting to negligence and mishandling. Customers could file your complain online via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Replacement of parts - Customers are required to provide clear pictures and description to illustrate the defect for documentation and upon approval, we will provide FOC replacement. Please note that warranty coverage (duration of one year from the date of purchase) is offsite nature and flat fee of SGD $25 would be charged for delivery.
2. Returns Policy
We hope you read our terms of service prior to you making a purchase from our website, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and exchange and your legal rights and remedies. We also recommend you immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from our stores, to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description we have provided to you.The following terms shall have the meanings as follows: "the Company" or "we" means Horizonline Pte Ltd; "Purchase" means to book, reserve, or purchase; and "Product" refers to all components collectively as stated in the quotation provided to you.

3. Booking and Payment
a. For walk in and project based customer, a 50% deposit (the “Deposit”) is required upon booking confirmation of your product(s). The balance payment is to be paid upon delivery of produc(s)t. If full payment is not received as stated above, we reserve the right to forfeit all sums already paid and cancel the reservation.
b. A 10% of the product price is non-refundable when you cancel booking(s) within 24 hours.
c. A 60% of the product price is non-refundable when you cancel booking(s) within 48 hours.
4. Replace, Exchange and Refund
Return must be done within three (3) working days starting from the day the product(s) is delivered to you. You may return your product(s) for any of the following reasons:
a. If your product(s)is defective or damaged upon arrival, we can arrange exchange, replacement or you may receive 50% refund if you wish to return product(s).
b. If your product(s)is late delivered, you may receive 50% refund if you wish to return product(s).
c. If you received the wrong product(s), we can exchange and replace new product(s) for you, or you may want to get 100% refund with returned product(s).
d. for exchange product, you are allowed to exchange the product(s) which should be equal to the price that you have bought, if the price of exchanged product(s) is lower than the original product, we will not able to refund you the balance; if the price of exchanged product(s) is high than the original product, you may need to top up the balance.
e. The general requirements for returns, exchange and refund are as follows:
- You have proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
- The product(s) must be in working condition and returned in the original packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity).
- The product(s) must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
- Once the product(s) has been installed cannot be refunded or exchanged.
*If delivery has taken place, the refund will exclude delivery charges paid.
*One exchange is allowed per purchase. The exchange product will not be eligible for further exchange or refund unless faulty.
If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please have your order invoice number ready and simply visit our showroom or contact us via phone or email.
1. We will verify the return reason(s) and you need to deliver the product to our office by yourself.
2. We will conduct an evaluation within seven (7) days starting from the day we received your returned items. You will receive an email confirmation once the returned item is received from our end.
If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement, based on what you have indicated to us. If it's valid, we will reimburse you with a refund within 30 days.
If your return is not valid, we will notify you and arrange the items to be returned. For the items to be returned, a delivery fee will be chargeable. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
Horizonline reserves the rights to reject any exchange or refund for opened or used product. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
For certain products, assembly will be required before installation.
*Please note that November, December and January are the peak shipping season. Your shipment might required and additional of 5-10 working days to arrive. We apologies for this inconvenience.
6. Local Delivery
A flat fee of 25 SGD + GST is chargeable for local delivery.
7. Uncollected Items
Horizonline reserved the right to charged a monthly rental fee of 10% (based on the invoice value) for any uncollected items left on our business premises.
8. Unwanted Items
Any items left in our business premises for a duration of more than 90 days without notice would be classified as unwanted. Horizonline reserve the right and ownership to claim these items or to dispose them.
