Shipping & Warranty
All products purchased from Horizon-Lights (Horizonline Pte Ltd) are covered by warranty for minimum a duration of one year from the date of purchase according to the invoice. Where the warranty period for a product or service is longer, it would be stated on the invoice and the product page.
We warrant that all products are free of defects, and will replace all defective parts free of charge within the warranty period. For warranty service and enquiries, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To help us expedite your warranty service, please attach clear pictures and descriptions to document the nature of the product defects. We will verify the nature of the defect arrange for replacement parts to be delivered to you as soon as reasonably practical.
Please note that product damage due to accidents, misuse, and improper installation are not covered by our warranty. We are unable to provide onsite warranty support; items covered will be processed according to our Replacement, Exchanges and Refund policy below.
Deposits & Cancellation Fees
For offline orders above a certain size, we may require a 50% deposit upon purchase, with the balance to be paid upon delivery of products.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee on order cancellations. We may charge a cancellation fee of up to 10% for cancellation within 1 day, or a fee of up to 50% for order cancellations after 2 days.
Replacements, Exchanges and Refunds
You may request for a return of the product within 1 week upon delivery. Return requests outside of this window may be rejected unless they fall under our warranty policy above, at our management discretion. Where we bear responsibility for a product return (in the case of wrong, defective (faulty), or damaged products), we offer the options of a refund, a replacement, or the exchange of the product for a different model, at our management discretion.
For all other return requests within this period, we offer a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price. We may at our discretion offer a replacement product or the exchange of the product for a different model. Please note that installed, consumed, or damaged products are excluded from this offer, as are any delivery charges or other service charges incurred.
To facilitate your product return, please provide a proof of purchase and return the product in the original package with all original accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity).

Singapore Delivery & Collection
A flat fee of 30 SGD is chargeable for local delivery.
We also allow for self-collection at our store. Please note that any items left uncollected in our business premises for more than 90 days without notice will be disposed off.
We can facilitate international shipping upon request. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any special requests.
For certain locations, when you place an order, we can estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose; the shipping charge can be automatically added to your order. For other locations, please reach out to us.
Due to ongoing global shipping disruptions, delivery may be delayed by 3-4 weeks during this period. We apologize for any inconvenience.
